The dinner each night was very nice, with a new delicious dish to look forward to every day. The onsen was impeccably clean and often had it to myself. The location was fantastic and easy to get everywhere on the mountain. The free wifi worked well and was available in our room.

We enjoyed the friendly staff who spoke great English and offered wonderful service. The location was ideal, with ski-to-door access and easy access to rental, food, and lift tickets. The food was exceptional, with breakfast and dinner included and a great variety on the menu.
The lack of after-ski lounging was a bit of a letdown, and the lounge area that was available was not heated, making us opt to stay in our room. the noise from the hot water pipes was a bit disruptive in the morning.

My friends and I had an amazing time in this hotel located in the heart of a popular ski resort area. the hotel boasted of a remarkable location, directly opposite the ski lifs and other ski facilities; making it super easy to access all the fun spots throughout our stay. We loved our spacious room and the cozy bathroom with all essential amenities. the staffs were friendly and catered excellently to our needs, especially during breakfast - we enjoyed the buffet spread each morning.
The lack of an apres ski lounge to hang out after skiing.

We enjoyed the included breakfast and dinner with great variety and tasted fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the onsen which was not crowded and perfect for relaxing.

The hotel has a very convenient location, just a few steps from the ski lifts and a bus stop. the breakfast buffet was good and had a variety of options. the onsen was relaxing and clean.
The staff was not very knowledgeable about transportation and we had trouble receiving helpful information from them. the room was old and some facilities were outdated.
